Current can be carried by either of the two batteries, by two batteries simultaneously or cuts off all current at source. Ignition protected - conform to USCG Safety standard 183.410. Vapor-proof, waterproof, dust-proof & corrosion-resistant. Operates through ON positions w/engine running. Engine must be shut down before moving to OFF position. Durable, fracture-resistant plastic case, knob & insulator. Functions w/alternators or generators. Three 3/8" dia. heavy-duty copper stud terminals w/brass hex nuts. May be surface mounted or installed through a panel w/3-5/16'' hole. Flange dia.: 6''. Overall height: 2-5/8''. Four positions: Off, On-Battery #1, On-both batteries, On-Battery #2.
