Wow, what great, friendly service I received from Jerry! I ordered eight Type I life vests to ship 2nd day so I would have them in time for an upcoming trip. I thought I ordered Adult, but I received Youth. It was a mistake on their website. It was late afternoon when this was discovered and I was panicked, but Jerry was absolutely fantastic! He found a way even though it was late in the day to get the 8 adult life vests shipped overnight from a warehouse closer to me. Jerry was tracking it every step of the way. He knew our trip was early the next morning. Well today, they actually arrived!! Talk about a happy girl! It was so refreshing to actually have good customer service, especially when there is a problem. That seems to be so hard to find these days! Great prices and great service! They just earned a loyal customer!

Boaters Plus accidentally pulled the wrong product and shipped it to me. I contacted their service department and they immediately shipped the correct product with no questions or even a return of the originally shipped part. That's the way a business should operate.. Good Job!!! Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Amazing customer service and extremely fast shipping. Boater's Plus had the products in that I've tried to get from other sources and couldn't and they had them at my front door in 3 days. Great company and a top choice of mine from now on.
