SHIPPING POLICY

Packages Shipping:
Most orders placed before 2pm Eastern Time Monday – Friday will be processed the same business day.  Excludes truck shipments and boats and motors.   Our products are stored in multiple warehouses through out the country and at our store in Chattanooga, TN.  It can take us up to 3 business days to fulfill an order depending on the location of the items ordered, usually its the same or next business day.   UPS 3 day Select, 2nd Day Air and Overnight Shipping take priority and we try to fulfill these orders as quickly as possible but this does not guarantee that an order will be fulfilled and delivered withing the stated shipping time.

Order Tracking:
Tracking codes are not assigned until the order is fulfilled, boxed and ready for shipping.   There are two ways to track your orders.  First you sign in to your account and view your orders.  Second you can go the the front page and enter your order ID or email address into the "Order Tracking" box and out system will email you a link with your tracking information in it.

Up Front Shipping:
We charge all shipping up front, with few exceptions, so you aren’t penalized for any separate shipments due to back orders or drop shipped items.

Back Orders & Out of Stock:

Our site uses a live inventory tracking system so that 99% of the time the products you order will be in stock.  In case of inventory mistakes and special orders we may have to back order some of the items in your order.  If we do put anything on back order you will be notified by email immediately.

RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:
We want you to be a satisfied customer, and we need your help to maintain our wide selection, name brands, and low prices.

10-Day Returns:
Electronics, software, and electronic charts in their original packaging and ready-to-be-sold condition may be returned within 10 days from receipt for a full refund of merchandise price.

Non-Returnable:
Inflatable boats, outboard motors, life rafts, kayaks, trailers, cut goods, custom canvas, products with a broken seal, clearance items, close-outs, discontinued and specially ordered items are not returnable. If these items are found to be damaged or defective, you must notify us within 10 days for replacement. Unfortunately, we can not accept returns older than 30 days.

30-Day Returns:
Except as noted above, products in the original packaging and ready-to-be-sold condition may be returned within 30 days for a full exchange or refund of merchandise price. Unused items not returned in their original condition within the 30 days, if accepted, will be subject up to a 20% handling fee for inspection, repackaging, and restocking. We reserve the right to refuse returns or assess additional fees at our discretion if the merchandise is missing parts or is not in new condition.

Defective Products / Warranty Information:
Most items we sell are covered by manufacturers’ warranties. If you experience difficulty with a product, please contact the appropriate manufacturer for assistance and troubleshooting help. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve any issues.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number by contacting Customer Service: Contact Us or Request RMA Here. The returned product must be postmarked within 15 days or the RMA number will expire.
  2. Repack the product in the original packaging and place inside a box suitable for shipping with all the original enclosures, parts, and accessories.
  3. Write the RMA number clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the package.
  4. Return it to us postage pre-paid (we do not accept C.O.D.),with the appropriate insurance. Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED GOODS

Damaged Or Missing Goods Shipped By Parcel Carrier: We thoroughly inspect all items prior to shipment. We suggest that you also thoroughly inspect the items before accepting delivery. If damage is apparent, refuse delivery or if your parcel is left without a signature and damage is found, please Contact Us immediately. Do not discard the box or any packaging materials. Most claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of delivery.

Damaged Goods Shipped By Truck:
All truck shipments must be inspected with the driver present. If a complete inspection is not possible with the driver present, sign for as "pending inspection" and note any signs of damage to carton or product. Do not discard the packaging. If damage is found with the driver present, do not accept shipment and
Contact Us immediately.

Correction of Errors:
While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any Materials or other content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. We reserve the right to revoke any stated offer, to update content and Materials on our Site and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to the original pay type.

Product Colors:
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on our Site. However, because the colors you see will depend, in large part, on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

ORDERS

Cancellation of Orders:
We strive to fill all orders in a timely manner but we reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.  If your order is canceled we will refund the original amount of your purchase.
